The Hillside Residents Welfare Association (HIRWA), having its registered office at 302-Oxford,Yogi Hills, Swapna Nagari, Mulund(W), Mumbai-400080 was formed in 1998 as a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) by a group of residents residing close to the National Park bordering the green suburb of Mulund.
